Rest and Reset Workshop

Join us for a restorative workshop created to support deep rest and renewal throughout the winter season. Settle into a soothing 90-minute session of yin yoga followed by yoga nidra, gently quieting the mind and releasing tension in the body.

Yin Yoga focuses on holding various postures for 2 to 5 minutes in order to release tension of the muscles, tissues, nervous system, organs, and emotions held within the physical body. Following this, we’ll move into Yoga Nidra—a guided, deep meditation that leads us into profound rest. In this state, we can gently explore our inner awareness and subconscious mind. From here, we can shift our physical state, emotional landscape, and thought patterns, cultivating new habits that support the life we want to create.

These complementary practices offer a grounding pathway to stillness and presence, even when life feels busy or overwhelming.

Afterward, enjoy time to connect, chat, and unwind with a calming cup of herbal tea.
