Yoga has been a steady support in Nina’s life, helping her through some of the toughest times. It’s been a space she could return to again and again—changing and growing with her, and always guiding her back to herself.

Nina shares Yoga as a pathway to freedom, clarity, creativity, and deep inner awareness. Her classes invite students to explore movement and stillness with intention, cultivating a sense of liberation and self-discovery through embodied presence.

Her journey into healing began in 2018, after leaving a corporate role as a HR Business Partner to care for her mother during ill health. This deeply transformative chapter became the catalyst for a complete life shift. Nina immersed herself in the healing arts, developing a passion for reflexology, body & energy work, and sound healing.

Since then, Nina has developed a real passion for sharing the transformative power of healing touch—through reflexology, body therapy and sound healing. She believes deeply in the body’s natural ability to heal when we create the space for it.

In 2024, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Our World Yoga. The training was a turning point—deepening her connection to the practice and confirming her desire to teach and keep learning. She’s now registered with Yoga Alliance International and continues to grow as both a student and teacher.

In June 2025, Nina founded Life Wellness Centre—a heart-led space created to share the healing power of Yoga and therapeutic touch. Through her work, she holds space for others to slow down, connect within and with others, and experience the peace and acceptance that come from nurturing and being nurtured.
