Often we don’t realise what emotional residue we’re carrying until it starts showing up in our bodies, our sleep, and our mental state. This is a deeply intentional space for you to exhale - to clear, recharge and reconnect with your true essence - your inner compass.
Who is Reiki for?
Reiki is for everyone and can be tailored to your needs during
our consultation, it is a particularly good therapy for people who are feeling stressed, burnt out, are in pain or have experienced trauma. Nevertheless, Reiki is also a great therapy for people who would like to cultivate a sense of calm.
What does a session look like?
You’ll be held in a soft, steady energy as we move through a thoughtful mix of practices:
Pranayama breathwork to anchor you in the body
Reiki energy healing to shift stagnant energy
Meditation quiet the mental chatter
Goal & intention setting to move forward with clarity
And, journaling to bring it all home
No two sessions are identical—because you’re not the same person every time you show up. These sessions are not about fixing you - you are not broken. It’s about creating real space for you to feel, release what no longer serves you and intentionally recalibrate.
Some people leave tearful. Others, experience a profound sense of peace. Sometimes the effects are subtle. However it unfolds, I am here to hold you.
This session is for you if you’re craving something that doesn’t feel clinical, rushed, or overly polished. It can be raw and meets you right where you are.
