Two friends with a shared passion for cultivating mindful, heartfelt practice have come together to offer a series of day retreats dedicated to grounding, nervous system regulation and deep connection.
Our first offering begins with a gentle morning of meditation, mindful movement and nervous system regulation. We’ll flow into yin-yang practice, pause for a nourishing lunch, and close with deep yin and a restorative sound bath.
Our teaching is rooted in slowing down, weaving mindfulness and compassion-based practices through meditation, movement and sound to help you reconnect with your more subtle body and find true rest.
