Meet the Founder
Welcome!
I’m Nina, the founder of the Life Wellness Centre. I’m a qualified reflexologist specialising in reflexology and holistic therapies for women’s health. I’m also a Yin and Yang Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master.
Before discovering reflexology, I was a Human Resources Business Partner working abroad and in the UK. But at a particularly stressful time in my own life, I was introduced to yoga and a slower, spiritual path, so I decided to leave and I haven’t looked back. I became a Reiki Master and trained in Integral Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls in 2023, as well as various holistic body therapies such as, Ayurvedic facials and Abhyanga herbal massage in 2024. I trained in Reflexology in early 2024 after a friend recommended I try a natural therapy for infrequent bowel movements. I couldn’t believe the relief I felt afterwards and I immediately knew that I had to help others reap its amazing benefits. I’ve since taken further qualifications in Clinical Reflexology and CPD courses to specialise in supporting women with their reproductive health and during pregnancy and menopause.
My therapies are also informed by my yoga practice which has been an integral part of my life for the past 8 years, as well as my love for natural remedies. I love adding personal touches to each treatment—whether it’s a hand-picked soothing playlist, the use of my carefully blended essential oils, or adding a guided meditation to your therapy—to make every session unique. I’m passionate about holding space for others and facilitating inner calm and self-acceptance through nurturing and healing rituals.
